Legal & Compliance
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern quotations, orders and sales made by EVtoU through deepalexport.com. By requesting a quotation or placing an order you accept them.
Last updated 29 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every quotation, order confirmation and sale between EVtoU ("we", "us") and you, the buyer. Where a signed sales contract for a specific order says something different, that contract takes precedence over these terms for that order.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date your order is confirmed.
2. Who we are
EVtoU is a vehicle export business based in China, trading online as Changan Deepal Export. Our registered office is Changan Auto Digital Industrial Hub & EVtoU International Trade Center, Chongqing, China.
You can reach us on WhatsApp at +86 177 0542 9858 or by email at [email protected], 8:30 – 21:30 Beijing time, UTC+8 (Replies within 1 hour).
Needs legal review — add the registered company name, business licence number and tax registration number before publishing.
3. Quotations and orders
Quotations are indicative and valid for the period stated on them, normally seven days. Vehicle availability and price can move with the market and with manufacturer allocation, so a quotation is not a reservation.
An order exists only once we have issued a sales contract or proforma invoice and received the agreed deposit. Our minimum order is one unit.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and the quotation states which Incoterm applies (for example FOB, CFR or CIF). Anything outside that Incoterm is your responsibility.
We accept telegraphic transfer and, for larger orders, irrevocable letters of credit. A deposit reserves the vehicle; the balance falls due before loading unless the contract says otherwise. Bank charges are borne by the sender.
Import duties, VAT, port charges and clearance fees at the destination are not included in our price and are payable by you.
5. Vehicle specifications and condition
We describe every vehicle as accurately as we can, using real photographs of the unit being sold. Manufacturer specifications, equipment levels and colours can change without notice, and minor variation between the listing and the delivered vehicle does not amount to a defect.
Used vehicles are sold in the condition described in their inspection report, with the wear appropriate to their age and mileage. Mileage figures are taken from the odometer and reported in good faith.
6. Inspection
We inspect each vehicle before loading and send you the report. You may also appoint an independent inspection agency at your own cost, provided you tell us before the vehicle is prepared for shipment.
Accepting the inspection report or arranging your own inspection confirms the vehicle's condition at that point. Claims about condition raised after loading must relate to matters the report could not reasonably have covered.
7. Shipping, delivery and risk
Shipping dates are estimates. Sailing schedules, port congestion, weather and carrier decisions are outside our control, and we are not liable for delay caused by them.
Risk passes to you in line with the Incoterm on your contract. From that point the vehicle is your property and your insurable risk, even while it is in transit.
8. Import duties and compliance
You are responsible for confirming that the vehicle can legally be imported, registered and operated in your country, including any age limits, emissions standards, steering-side rules and pre-shipment inspection requirements.
We will prepare the export documents we normally issue — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and export declaration — and will help with additional certificates where we can. We cannot guarantee that a destination authority will accept a given vehicle.
9. Cancellation and changes
If you cancel after the order is confirmed, the deposit may be retained to cover sourcing, preparation and storage costs already incurred. Where a vehicle has been sourced specifically to your order, cancellation costs may exceed the deposit.
We may cancel an order and refund what you have paid if a vehicle becomes unavailable, if a price was published in error, or if we cannot lawfully complete the sale. That refund is the limit of our liability in those situations.
10. Warranty and liability
New vehicles carry whatever manufacturer warranty applies, which in most export markets is honoured locally only where the manufacturer operates an authorised network. Used vehicles are sold without warranty unless your contract grants one in writing.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for the vehicle concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost resale margin, demurrage or storage charges.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Events outside our control
Neither of us is in breach for failing to perform because of an event beyond reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, sanctions, export or import bans, epidemic, natural disaster, port or carrier strike, or the failure of a manufacturer to supply. Obligations are suspended while the event continues.
12. Website content and trademarks
The text, layout and photographs on deepalexport.com belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent.
Manufacturer names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used to identify the vehicles we supply and do not imply that the manufacturer endorses us.
13. Governing law and disputes
Needs legal review — confirm with your lawyer. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes referred to arbitration in Wuhan under the rules of a named arbitration commission. Cross-border sales are frequently subject to the CISG unless expressly excluded — decide with counsel whether to exclude it.
We will always try to resolve a problem commercially and quickly before either of us turns to formal proceedings.
14. Legal notice

15. Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone. It is built to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers, respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting, and aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
If you hit a barrier — something you cannot reach with a keyboard, text that is hard to read, or a form you cannot complete — email [email protected] and tell us what happened. We will help you directly and fix the underlying problem.
