Privacy Policy
How EVtoU collects and uses personal information when you contact us or use deepalexport.com.
Last updated 29 July 2026
1. Who is responsible
EVtoU, Changan Auto Digital Industrial Hub & EVtoU International Trade Center, Chongqing, China, is responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
Needs legal review — if you market into the EU or UK, take advice on whether you need to appoint a representative there and name them in this section.
2. What we collect
We only ask for what we need to quote and fulfil an order. That is:
- Details you give us in the quote or enquiry form: name or company, email address, WhatsApp or WeChat number, destination country, models you are interested in, and your message
- Your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter
- The content of correspondence with you by email, WhatsApp or WeChat
- Order and shipping information: consignee details, destination port and the documents needed to export and clear the vehicle
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested
3. Why we use it
We use your information to:
- Answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — because you asked us to
- Perform a contract with you: sourcing, inspection, export documentation and shipping
- Meet legal obligations, including customs, export control, tax and accounting record-keeping
- Send you our newsletter, where you have opted in — you can withdraw at any time
- Keep the site secure and diagnose faults, which is our legitimate interest
5. International transfers
We operate from China and ship worldwide, so your information will be transferred across borders — for example to a forwarder or customs broker in your country. We share only what is needed for that purpose and require recipients to protect it.
Needs legal review — if you handle EU, UK or other regulated personal data, confirm the transfer mechanism you rely on and state it here.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation back up. Order and shipping records are kept for as long as tax, customs and accounting law requires — commonly ten years — and then deleted.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Subject to local law, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry and order data to staff who need it, and require our providers to keep appropriate safeguards. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or full payment card numbers by email or chat.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal information we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Where the change is significant we will tell you directly.
