The G318 is Deepal's answer to the traditional 4x4. It keeps the boxy, upright stance buyers expect, but swaps a diesel for the Super Range Extender 2.0 system: a 1.5T generator feeding two electric motors.

Built for off-road work
Air suspension with CDC damping raises the body for clearance and lowers it on the highway. Electric torque is instant and precisely metered, which helps on sand, mud and rock. A 360° transparent-chassis camera shows the ground under the car, and crawl modes hold a steady low speed on steep descents. All-terrain tyres are available.
Where it fits
Safari and tour operators, mining and construction site fleets, NGOs and government agencies working outside the cities. Because the generator runs on ordinary petrol, the G318 works far from any charger — and runs quietly on battery near wildlife or camps.
